Lead GPPs are expected to act as Educational Supervisors (ES), or mentors, for GPPs undertaking the GPP foundation programme. To effectively mentor an individual through the GPP foundation programme requires an understanding of the programme and of the online portfolio that participants will use to evidence their developing competence.
