Foundation Programme: Practice activities

Lead PBPs are expected to act as Educational Supervisors (ES), or mentors, for PBPs undertaking the PBP development programme. To effectively mentor an individual through the PBP development programme requires an understanding of the programme and of the online portfolio that participants will use to evidence their developing competence.
