The RPS is currently updating the Post-Registration Foundation Pharmacist curriculum into a new Enhanced Pharmacy Practice curriculum, which is due to be launched in summer 2026. A new NICPLD Enhanced Practice programme for qualified prescribers will start in January 2027 and will replace the current Post-reg Foundation Programme (PRFP). The final FP1 intake will be in March 2026, and the final FP2 intake in September 2026.
