About: Quality policy

Our Corporate Vision defines the fundamental purpose of our Centre:

Provide an education and training service that will meet or exceed the Client’s contractual and regulatory requirements without exception.

To achieve this policy all staff are responsible for the quality of their work and for contributing to the continual improvement of our service. Accordingly, all staff will be appropriately trained to understand the importance of meeting client, contractual and regulatory requirements.

The quality manual will be used to provide management and staff with an objective method of establishing and maintaining good working practices, so as to meet our policy on Quality and the achievement of ISO 9001:2015 Standard. This manual promotes the adoption of a Plan, Do Check, Act process approach when developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of this Quality Management System to enhance client satisfaction by meeting client requirements.

When used within this Quality Management System, such an approach emphasises the importance of:

  • Understanding and meeting requirements.
  • The need to consider processes in terms of added value.
  • Obtaining results of process performance and effectiveness.
  • Continual improvement of processes based on objective measurement.

These objectives are set against key performance indicators and both policy and objectives are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure ongoing suitability through management review.
