Aim
To examine recent legislative changes that impact on the supply of medicines in N. Ireland.

Intended learning outcomes
Having completed this workshop you should be able to:

• Review the recent critical changes to legislation relating to the supply of medicines and controlled drugs
• Understand possible forthcoming changes to legislation relating to the supply of medicines and controlled drugs
• Identify common issues that arise during pharmacy inspections and understand how to address these within your practice
• Appreciate the contribution of the Controlled Drugs Reconciliation Project to improving the safe management of controlled drugs in your practice.
