Aim
To equip individuals with the knowledge and skills required to undertake the role of Educational Supervisor for a pre and in-process aseptic checking technician trainee.

Intended learning outcomes
Having completed this workshop you should be able to:

• understand the format of the programme and the role of the PIP act
• provide the support and guidance required to complete the pre-course and in-practice activities
• observe the candidate in practical situations and assess the candidate's performance against the programme standards
• complete all documentation required for this programme
• Mentor the candidate effectively through the programme.

Pharmacists or appropriately qualified Pharmacy Technicians who meet the criteria to act as an Educational Supervisor for trainees undertaking the PIP aseptic checking accredited programme.
