Aim
To equip pharmacists with the knowledge required to respond appropriately to mothers seeking advice regarding symptoms experienced by their baby, infant or child.

For whom
All community pharmacists. Assessing symptoms in babies and infants presents unique challenges to healthcare professionals. This regional programme will advise pharmacists on how to gather information in relation to a baby or infant presenting with signs of illness and how to effectively manage a range of conditions common to children in these age groups.

Additional information
This two-night regional course is 'open access' which means that pharmacists need not apply to attend but simply turn up at the venue on the given date. Please note the start time of 7.30 pm.
